Booking Process

How do I book a photoshoot with Property Pixel Pro?

To book a photoshoot, simply contact us via phone, email, or our online contact form. We’ll discuss your requirements and schedule a convenient date for the shoot.

Do I need to pay a deposit to secure my booking?

You can either pay the full amount upfront, or Pay a £100 deposit in advance and the remaining balance on the day of the shoot. Available payment options are listed here.

The deposit for the shoot is valid for up to 8 weeks from the date of payment. After this period, the deposit may expire if the shoot is not scheduled.

Drone Photography

Do you use drones for aerial photography?

Yes, we are licensed drone pilots and utilise drones to capture stunning aerial shots of properties.

What happens if weather conditions are not suitable for drone flights?

Safety is our top priority. If weather conditions are unfavorable or pose a risk to drone flights, we may need to reschedule the shoot for a later date to ensure a safe flight and optimal results.

Usage Rights

Can I use the photos for marketing purposes?

Yes, upon delivery, you will receive full usage rights for the photos to use in your marketing materials.

Do you reserve the right to use the images for your portfolio?

Yes, unless agreed otherwise, we reserve the right to use the images captured during the photoshoot for promotional purposes, including but not limited to our portfolio, website, and social media channels.
